Donation Information

We accept a variety of furniture, housewares and building supplies. For more information on what we accept (and what we do not accept), please click here.

Please note that as of July 2024 there is a $10 non-refundable fee to have your donation picked up by our staff. This fee is to help cover the increased costs associated with fuel and maintenance for our truck. Thank you for understanding and for supporting the Macomb County Habitat for Humanity ReStores.

To schedule a pickup appointment, please email us at info@macombhabitat.org. Please include your name, current photos of your items and your street address. NOTE: ALL ITEMS MUST BE LOCATED EITHER IN A GARAGE, DRIVEWAY OR FRONT PORCH FOR PICKUPS.

Want to drop off a donation? Our ReStores accept donations during the days and times below.

All drop-off donations are closed at the Shelby Twp ReStore due to overstock. Drop-off donations will resume on Wednesday, August 14, 2024 at 10am.

NOTICE: We may have to decline a donation based on its condition, our current inventory of similar items, or our ability to resell the item. If you are uncertain of the acceptability of an item, please click here OR contact one of the ReStores. Michigan law prohibits donors from leaving items outside of a store during non-business hours. Leaving items outside of business hours may result in fines and/or charges being brought against you for illegal dumping.
